We built COI Tracker to fix that. Not with an enterprise platform that requires onboarding calls and six-month contracts — but with a tool any business owner can set up in five minutes and trust to handle the rest automatically.

The tools that exist for COI tracking were built for risk managers at large corporations — people with dedicated compliance teams, IT departments, and budgets to match. Small businesses have none of that. They have an office manager, a shared inbox, and a prayer that nobody's certificate expired this month.

We saw property managers juggling dozens of contractors across multiple properties, hair schools coordinating with independent stylists, and universities managing rotating service vendors — all doing it manually, all one missed expiration away from a serious problem.
